Windows upgrade

Hi I am purchasing a new computer that will be running Windows 10. Currently running XP on my old machine. How do I change my license over to my new machine and will Heli X work on windows 10. Thanks for any help with this

Simply download Heli-X again, install it on the new PC and use the same licence key as before.

Simplest solution would be to copy the complete Heli-X directory including all subdirectories to the new PC. Heli-X completely resides within its directory, activation included. It can also directly be started from USB stick on the new machine, but slower than from HDD.
