running heli-x 5 (latest demo) on a p4 with latest nvidi drivers (ultra 6800 card) with DX9, latest JAVA, all updates etc etc.
I start Heli X and het the choose language screen, then i have a black screen and a console window with "at com.jme.system.lwjgl.lwjgldisplay.runloop etc etct

Last thing on the screen is
"at java.lang.thread.run(unknown source).

Any ideas??????
PC is upto date software wise. NO other sim casues this issue...

Further:
OpenGL version is 2.1.2
Trying 4.2 now and will test v5 on my Win7 x64 laptop later.

OK, v4.2 works, having some controller issues with the generic ebay multidongle but its doing something. Im putting this down purely to my inexperience in setting up the dx6i and the software.
Truth is, it has a quadcopter so as I am buying a blade350 im hoping a new better quadcopter (blade 350!) model will be included on heli-x as an update. Sooner it is, sooner I buy this software if I can get the latest version running properly with my dx6i.
So, the experimentation continues.
Still like to solve the main issue though. v5 on my xp rig!!!!

Cancel that.
Phoenix v4 and 5 works without a glitch and has a blade350 model built in.
