Quad Stealth ACC gains?

So I bought a licenses for quad practice mostly, and some heli work to work on orientation skills. One thing I noticed about the good quad (Quad_Stealth) is that the ACC mode's gains seem really high and adjusting them seem to do very little. In other words it auto corrects really really fast and it would be nice to be able to slow down it's correction time. I've done a bit of real flying with a couple of different flight controllers and this auto leveling is a bit fast. Changes to the Gyro Gain and Gyro Heading Hold Gain seem to have no effect at all.
