Heli-X does not reflect controller channels

I believe I have discovered a bug. I have recorded a couple of videos which demonstrate this issue:

Channels 1-4 are represented correctly. Channels 5-7 do not show the minimum vaules, and channel 8 is missing altogether. I can use these channels in other simulators.
Windows 10 latest. Controller is TX16S with an ELRS module, using the BLE joystick as part of ELRS with a Bluetooth receiver.
