If you use HDMI for sound and the sound the stops working after switching to full screen, make sure your Windows 10 display settings and your Heli-X display settings match. My Windows display refresh setting was set to 29Hz and Heli-X's was set to 30Hz and when switching to full screen the display would refresh and the sound would stop working.

This isn't true for all the cases as its depend on which sound card you are using likes HDMI or anything else go and change it, this will work. https://epsonsupports.net/blog/how-to-f ... r-offline/ helped me to get this.
