Merry Christmas

Post by Michael »

Hello everybody,

have a merry christmas and a happy new year together with your families and friends!

If everything works as expeceted, we will release version 8 of HELI-X in January or February next year. Greatest changes are the support of planes.

Stay tuned for Version 8.

Happy Ground Hog Day Michael and to all my fellow flyers from frigid Wisconsin!
Great day for Heli-X as we just came out of -50 F. The ground hog did not see his shadow so we're in for an early spring!
Have a new Blade 360 that hasn't left the ground yet. See you at the park in Salem!

Hi,
Thanks for all the new stuff V8 offers!
While exploring, I noticed in the global settings a drop down setting for near and far field. Can you help me understand as I can't find it in the manual ?
Thanks
Pat

Hi,
it is the region where the models are displayed. When the distance to your modelis larger than the farfield value, it is not drawn anymore. The more you display the more performance needs the graphics adapter.
