I tried all the input choices in the Global Settings section, restarted each time, none worked. Tried Full factory reset. Terminal shows:

This on a Intel MacBook Pro 2019 running OS Ventura 13.6.
On my old desktop running OS 12 the program works fine.
Heli-X ver. 10 does not work on either computer.
Help?
