Menu doesn't work on monitor with screen resolution above 1900x1200

Mac mini M2Pro
Menu doesn't work on monitor with screen resolution above 1900x1200

On my old Dell (1900x1200) menu works only in full screen mode
On Apple Studio Display (resolution 2048x1152) it's doesn't work at all. I meen drop down menu does not shown when I click on menu's tab

Solved with setting mouse speed = 2
