Managed to activate,did not realise location was needed also.
Sim is now running, its great.had no idea v11 would run on my laptop.
demo was running 130fps with factory settings , i will have to see if full version is the same

found the activation ,last column on sim screen.
i have put my name in ,,,, first name and surname xxxx xxxxxx AND my key code xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (15 digits) but it says wrong name and key.
i have checked and doubled checked.

I can not find a box of section on the screen to input the key code.

V4.2 ran fine with TX16 in demo. When you kindly gave me my forgotten key code the V4.2 started up fine BUT the radio would not work ...

Paid for full version but it shuts down every time at calibration screen.
Done all suggestions, radio is found,closed all security,got java
still no luck,the demo worked fine

Because i am using a moderate laptop AND when i go to install the latest version,i get a message saying this programme wont work or run or install etc. Just get that box with no other option but to close it.i thought the latest version was very power hungry spec wise

Paid for full version,had to be 4.2 ,latest version will not load on laptop.
4.2 loads up ok,it will find my tx16s ok BUT as soon as i click on calibration of radio heli- shuts down.
The tx16s is found ok in windows and says its worlking.
Been trying for days doing various things mentioned on line ...

Sorry but for me after buying the full version i have had it,just to much had work.
i had the demo and bought a used USB Tactic interlink controller. i could get a switch to work throttle hold.
i liked the demo so bought the full version (regret that a lot) i had loads of issues then with the sim ...

Since upgrading to full version had lots of issues with the sim.
if i uninstall and reinstall what is correct process regards licence key etc?
