  2. Facebook.
    Our pages include plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like” button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or of their use by Facebook.   3. Youtube.
    Our website uses plugins from Google’s YouTube site. This website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your surfing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.   4. Collection of access data and log files.
    We, or our hosting provider, collect the following data on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO data on each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. Log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.
  5. Online Presences.
    We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with active customers, interested parties and users and to inform them about our services. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply. Unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy, we process the data of users who communicate with us within social networks and platforms, e.g. write articles on our websites or send us messages.
  6. Online games.
    In the case of online gaming (multiplayer), the IP address of the player is stored for the duration of online gaming and for a maximum of the next 24 hours.
  7. Registration.
    In case of a registration of HELI-X the name and address of the buyer as well as his email address will be requested and stored locally. This storage is used for the individual creation of a license and to identify the customer for the duration of the update authorization (currently unlimited). The data is stored on the basis of our legitimate interests as well as the user’s protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. A passing on of this data to third parties does not take place in principle, unless it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. The data will NOT be passed on and will only be used within the framework of legal regulations by authorities. During the activation of the full version from the demo version, the IP data of the used computer are requested and saved.
  8. Deletion of data.
    If the customer wants to give up the update authorization (notification by email), his personal data will also be deleted after a waiting period (until it is certain that the license data will not be passed on).
  9. Acceptance.
    In the case of playing online, the player agrees to the terms of point 6. By registering, the buyer agrees to the aforementioned use of his data (points 7 and 8) as described above.
